Resignation Of M. Malvy.

Mnlvy’s resignation, which it is ascertained is not on account of ill health. Tho reasons are contained in a letter of resignation which has not yet been published. M. Malvy in announcing his resignation said the attaclos made on him were of such a nature as to weaken the support which M. llriand had a right to expect of liim. Moreover, be was precluded from replying suitably thereto, so long as fie held a portfolio.
