Mr. F. L. Wooles. Wind moderate to strong northerly to westerly; weather fair, and becoming warmer. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for easterly to northerly winds, with increasing clouds and haziness for a general change in weather conditions shortly. Barometer falling even\'hero soon.
