MURDER IN SOHO.

The foreigp quarter of Soho was thrilled last evening by a. man dashing liatless from the Club, with blood streaming from a wound in his head, despite which lie escaped. The police found a man dead in r.lie Club. They drew a cordon round ihc vicinity and detained all members while making investigations. It is believed the men quarrelled suddenly about a woman, while playing cards and drinking. '

Detectives boarded the Channel steamer at Newhavon iste at night, and. just before departing for Dieppe detained a. .Frenchman in connection with the murder of a compatriot, Charles Balladdcr, who was shot dead in a Solio Club.
