SAAR BASIN.
EVACUATION BY FRENCH TROOPS. By Cable —Press Association—Copyright. Router’s Telecrams. (Received April 4, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 2. A Paris message announces that the Government has ordered the complete evacuation of the Saar basin by French troops, which ara maintaining order under direction of the League Commission until the recruitment of local gendarmerie which has now been organised.
