PLEASANT POINT ACCIDENT.

On inquiry at the Hospital _ last night it was learned that the injured man was still in a low condition. At a meting of the Pleasant Town Board, of which Mr Christie (father of Douglas Christie) is a member, the chairman (Mr Maze) expressed to Mr Christie the Board’s regret at the very serious accident, and said he Was sure that the who’e district was in sympathy with him, and hoped that his son iiould make the best recovery possible, although the seriousness of his condition was well known.
