WAR GRAVES.
THE CONTROL OF THE FUNDS. By Cable— Preßa Association—Copyright. Australian and N.A. Cable Association. LONDON, March 25. Commenting on the Did recently read a second time making the British contribution to the 'Aar Craves Commission •subject to Treasury eonlrol, the ‘‘Moruing Post” says: — "'rile result is likely to be that all the Dominions will demand similar powers, with the result that the present practical, commonsense arrangement will become impossible. We do not believe there is any Treasury design io get control ol the fund. It is merely an officious attempt to get everything according to the cast-iron rules of the Department, hut it will certainly alarm tlio Dominions, which may even begin to regret the decision to submit to a common authority. It would bo better if the matter were left entirely to the Imperial Confcreneo.” gUßgreoareafftHragiuiL
