The Berlin correspondent of the “Times” states that the Jfeichstag debate proved that the Nationalists, who counted on. returning to office alter Germany’s entry into the Lengr.e, will bo forced to remain lengthily in opposition because Coalition support placed the Government more strongly in the saddle. Moreover, the fact that 12.500,1X10 voters approved of the expropriation of the princely houses indicates a marked movement of the Republican Left, increasing the Nationalists’ fears of a general election.'
