PARIS, March 25. In response to an urgent appeal, by Professor Pimird, the Chamber passed a Bill making it illegal to manulacaiiv or import any object giving a oahy the illusion that it is suckling, on the ground that nu-ny babies died through swallowing dummy teats. ’The industry has been given three months to transform the teat making plants.
