NJOTICE is hereby given that every * ' person qualified to be registered as an elector for any district who fails, for four mouths after the date on which he thereafter becomes qualified to be registered, shall be guilty of an offence. Persons whose names already appear on the existing electoral roils , or who have become registered since the rolls closed are not required to re-register, so long as they are still residing in the same electoral districts; but if they change their address then they must notify such change to the Registrar.
