SENSELESS HOAX.
FERRY BOAT SAID TO BE AGROUND. By Tolecriiph—-Pros. Aaio.-iatliin. WELLINGTON, March 21. Someone started a rumour last night that the Maori had run aground near the Heads, and for hours the telephones were kept busy to the Pencnnw lighthouse. The police were informed, but it was some time before eveno they found that a hoax had been played.
