The Riga correspondent of the “Times”. states that life in Leningrad is becoming more difficult. The bousing problem is acute, resulting in the revival of compulsory billeting. Unemployment is increasing 'at the rate of 10,000 per month, and is now 88,000. Conditions in other industrial centres are equally grave.
