MRS LOUISSA BAKER. By Cable —Press . Association —Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association (Received March 24, 7.55 p.m.) ; LONDON, March 23. Mrs Louissa Baker, authoress and novelist, for fifty years’-a contributor to “The Otago Witness,” died at Burns Deal, owing to the upsetting of an oil stove. She was writing an article on New Zealand when she mot with the accident.
