Mr. F. L. Wooles. Wind moderate to strong, south to south-east;-weather cold with further rain. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for strong northerly winds, hacking to southerly again shortly; weather unsettled, cloudy and misty, with rain generally and heavy rain in Uie West Coast districts. Barometer falling, hut rise after about ten hours.
