Following a family quarrel in which Alexander Strong (57) is alleged to have threatened members of his family at Smith's Creek, near Murwilluinbiih, his son Bruce Strong (2t>) is alleged to have fired two shots with a rifle at his father, killing him. r Bruco Strong was arrested ~nd charged with murder. In a statement, lo tho police he said he fired in selfdefence.
