DOMINIONS AND THE HOME LAND. CANADA SEES DANGER OF COMPLICATION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received March 22, 9.5 p.m.) OTTAWA, March 21. Canadian responsibility for complications arising from the foreign policy of the Unit'll Kingdom will he debated in the House of Commons on Monday. The question will be raised on a motion by Mr J. S. Woodswortli (Labour Member for Winnipeg), that “Canada should refuse to accept responsibility for complications arising from the foreign policy of tho United Kingdom.” _ _ > It is possible in this connection that the Government will indicate its attitude’towards the Locarno treaties.

Reference is also probable to the declaration by Mr Meighen (Conservative leader) in his Hamilton speech during the recent election campaign, that in the event of another war, not only should Parliament be consulted, but the opinion of the people taken in a, general election before troops are sent out of Canada.
