(Received March 22, 7.5 p.m.) BERLIN, March' 21. , The biggest Republican demonstration ever seen in the Rhineland was held at Cologne on tbo occasion of the celebration of tho release of the Cologne zone from foreign occupation. All buildings were hofiagged; ami processions, bearing banners, paraded the streets, which were crowded with visitors. A guard of honour escorted President Hindeubui-g to Government House, where the-’ municipality entertained him at a banquet.
