'l’lie International Rugby Hoard decided to hold an Imperial Conference annually, beginning in 1920, in November or December, to consist of members of the .International Board, and two delegates each from New Zealand, New South Wales and South Alrira. .Imperial Rugby conferences'will consider suggested amendments to laws and rulings thereunder.
