TROUBLE IN CHINA.
GUN-RUNNING STEAMER SEIZED. By Cable—Pr*«« Association—Conyrltkt, Australian and N.Z. Cable Associat.on. PEKIN, March 17. A Shanghai message states that' the Soviet steamer -O.eg, which recently arrived at Taku, has been seized by Fengtien warships at Taku. A search of the ship revealed enormous quantities of rifles and ammunition, valued at about 2,500,090 dollars.
