BUDGET COMMITTEE PROPOSES INCREASE.

The Reichstag Budget Comniittee adopted the Presidential Estimates, providing for an increase in the President’s annual salary to 60,000 marks and expenses to 120,000 marks. The Communists opposed the proposal. The Socialists abstained from voting.
