THE WEATHER.
Mr F. L. Wooles. Strong southerly winds; weather cold with heavy rain, and snow in the back country. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for strong north-westerly winds, backing to southerlies shortly; weather cloudy aud unsettled, with further rain generally, and colder conditions following. Barometer falling, but rise soon in tho south.
