A development in State politic., occurred when the whole of the Parliamentary Country Party, and the majority of the United Party agreed to a coalition. The new Party will be known as the Country Progressive Party, and .in the Federal sphere will support the BrucePago Government. GENERAL ELECTION IN N.S.W. LABOUR’S NEBULOUS POLICY. The policy announced by Mr Lang (Labour leader) for the political campaign, is regarded as 100 nebulous by some of his own followers. The Labour Council resolved to ask him for an exact statement, whether he favours the socialising of industry especially coalmining. There is seme discontent also in regard to the indefiniteness of Labour’s proposals concerning the Civil Service.
