Mr F. L. Wooles. Moderate to strong northerly to westerly winds; weather fair and warm, ’followed by cold conditions and rain shortly. Dominion Meteorologist. Present indications are for strong northerly winds; weather dull and misty with rain probable generally, and a falling barometer everywhere.
