WORLD CHAMPION SHIP TITLE. By Cable—-Prefli Association—Copyrlßbt. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association ‘ SYDNEY, May' 12: Hannan not having replied to Major Goodsell’s cable regarding the match for the sculling championship for £SOO a-side, on the Paramatta or Wanganui rivers, Major Goodsell yesterday announced that he intends to give the next aspirant for the title, Tom Saul, the first-change for a race. Major ’ Goodsell is now negotiating with Saul, and it is .expected the pair will meet on the Paramatta river on June 13.
