An eightoen-months-ojd son of Robert IVyllio was burned to death. Wyllio was away at the time, and his wife was attending to tho farm duties. About seven o’clock she went out to the milking shed, leaving tho child asleep in a cot and a fire smouldering in tho grate. She was engaged in milking for nearly two hours, and on returning discovered the dwelling well ablaze, and approach impossible, the child being burned to death.
