PLOTTING BOMB OUTRAGES.

The police arrested a number of Communists in Warsaw and Grodno, on a charge of alleged plotting a series of bomb outrages, and the theft of secret documents from the War Office and other Government offices. Detailed instructions were found in their possession. Profits are said to have been obtained of their connection With the Soviet Legation.
