In addition to the New Zealand loan of £7,000,000, the rate o£ which has not been fixed, a New South Wales loan pf £6,500,000, and a West Australian loan of £2,000,000 are impending, but will probably be delayed for some weeks owing to market conditions.

The “Financial Times” states that it is understood the Now Zealand loan will be issued at 95; redeemable in twenty years.
The paper comments that the offer might have been made at a more opportune moment, but the stock is full trustee security, and New Zealand generally manages to obtain a high price for her loans, owing to her credit:
