Threatening Language. — William' •Davis, who on Saturday was brought "up on a oharge of using threatening language toffards his wife, and had been on account of intoxication, was again, brought up. He was first charged with drunkenness, but on this he was let off. The other charge was then read, and Mr, Macdonald pleaded guilty. After hearing statements, the Magistrate, on condition that plaintiff and defendant joined the Temperance Society, ordered tlie, defendant to become bound.in.his own recognizances for.6months in "
