Caledonian Gold Mining Company (llegistered.) NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY MEETING. NOTICR is hereby given that an Extraordinary Meeting of the Caledonian Gold Mining Company (Registered) will be held in the Large Koom of the New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen-street, Auckland, on Wednksdav, November 11, 1874, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering anil passing (if approved) the following resolutions :— 'Jhat the Caledoniau Gold Mining Company (Registered) be wound up, under clause 59 of the Mining Companies Act, 1872. That a new Company be formed, to be c tiled the Caledonian Gold Mining Company (Limited), to be registered under the joint iSttck Companies Act, 1860, for He purpo>e of acquiring the property and canying on the mining operations of • the old Company, That the Capital of the new Company shall be £40,U40 in 2,860 Shaves of £12 each, fully paid up, ami 2,860 Shares of £2 each, on wtich £2 per Share may bo called up. That each Shareholder in the new Company shall le entitled to due fullyPaiduo Miare for every Share held by him in the old Company.
