He was got by that well-known horse Camp3ie, the property of Mr Itiddell, which , gained the first premium of £10 ia the Glasgow J Market, of the Ualdetwaterhead Society .in 1862; also the first premium of £40 in Kinross [ in 1863 ; also the Highland Society's firßfc pre •' miumof £30, and medal at Kelso in 1863; also the first premium of £40 at Perth in 1861; ' also the premium of £30 from the Caldervater- ■ head Society in 1865.
