RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT. - Yesterday
(Before W. Eraser, Esq., R.M.) Champton v. ItooEDs.-This was a claim for £8 &i 8d against the defendant, one of the shareholders of the Bullion claim, Tapu, by the plaintiff, mine manager of the claim, The evidence had been taken on Friday, when judgment was reserved,—Mr Macdonaid applied to his Worship to give judgment.-His Worship consented, and gave judgment for plaintiff for the amount claimed and costs, £2 4s.
