The length of such Baca is one mile, or r\ thereabouts, and its intended course is along ' the Tararu Road, the water to be conveyed in three inch pipes; and it is capable of carrying One sluice-head of water. The number of, sluice-heads of forty inches each which it is proposed to appropriate is One.
