Warden's Office, Grabamstuwu, 2nd September, 1874 APPLICATION his been made by William Sims for a IIOKNSB to Construct a Water Race, for Mining purposes, co>uliencing at a point on Boundary Creek, about eighty yards from Tararu lioad, and terminating at the Imperial Crown Battery, na shown on plan lodged with said Application, The length of such Race is one mile, or thereabouts, and its intended course is along the Tararu Road, the water to be conveyed in three inch pipes; and it is capable of carrying One sluice-head of water. The number of sluice-heads of forty inches each which it is proposed to appropriate is One. NOTICE is therefore given, that on the 6th day of October, 1874, a License will be granted to the said Wilham Sims for the abovedescribed Water Race, unless valid objeotiou be in the meantime made in writing and lodged at this office not less thau seven clear days before that date, .
