(JBeforo W. Musrr, Esq.., lUL) Duunkknness.-Franoia Kaiue, alias McKaine, was charged with having been drunk and incapable in Brown-street, Grahamstown, on the 30th instant. He was fiued 20a, or 48 hours' imprisonment.
