Nonpaeeiii Gr.M.C.—The annual general meeting of shareholders of the Nonpareil Gr.M.O. (registered) was held yesterday at the Mechanics' Institute. Mr W. H. Crick was called to the chair. The directors' report and balance-sheet were adopted, and the three retiring directors were re-elected. As soon as possible the shares unallotted will be offored by auction in terms of tho resolution passed at the extraordinary meeting of shareholders, which authorised the increase of the company s capital. £59 Gs 8d is the sum at present at tho company's credit. The works at tho mine are confined meantime to tho locality of the first great find of gold on tho adit level in the hope of finding gold through tlie slide, and if possible to save calls on the shareholders.
