Larceny. — 'Robbrfc S-> Conway: 1! wag charged'with, havingi'oh the sth'instant, feloniously stolen from' the European Hotel, Grahanutown, ' .'fire one-pound notes, the. property of Catherine McCarthy,—Ho pleaded not guilty.—On tlie application of Sergt. Elliott, .the case was remanded until Monday, next.
' Cabeless Dbiving.—Daniel Green was charged that he, being-the, driver of a Vehicle not driven with reins, did ride on the same; there being no person on foot as guide so as to-have of the ; horses.—Defendant pleaded'not guilty. — Thomas'Garvey, the driver'of another dray, proved .the 'offjnce, by,.which a collision took place between his dray and that of, defendant. —Hie'.Court found the charge proved, and inflicted a fine of 5s and costs, or ia default 24 hours' imprisonment.
