Frasbr, Esij., 8.J1.) ;, AIUNDOHING A LICBNSED Hopsb',— John Tiller, was charged that ho did un» lawfully abandon the •peculation of the U olden Fleece Hotel as his actual plaoo of residence for more than thirty consecutire days previous to the 29th of May.— Defendant pleaded guilty, and Mr Bullta then asked that the license should be declared void, in accordance with the Act. -The license was voided. ;
