OLSON'S TOMATO SAUCE. CONNOISSBURS pronounce this Sauce to be the BEST for general use in households, and, in consequence of its high reputation, some unprincipled persons have been induced to COLLECT EMPTY BOTTLE 3 bearing the manufacturer's name stamped thereon, and pass the same off as " Olson's Universal Tomato Sauce." The proprietor has in consequence caused his TRADE MARK to be registered, under the provisions of the "Trade Marks Act, 1866," and proceedings will be taken against such persons as may forge or counterfeit such mark. The public are cautioned to ASK FOR OLSON'S SAUCE, and see that the name is Stamped on Bottle and Stopper, and wrapped round with his wellknown label. W. DOWDEN, Agent.
