We understand that the diiculties between Mr Robert Graham and the shareholders of the Queen of Beauty have been substantially arranged. The late yerdiot of the Supremo 1 Court was to the effect that the Queen of Beauty were trespassers on certain allotments, so that they were compelled to make an arrangement as to these. The matter has been settled, we believe, on the basis of the Queen of Beauty paying £670 to Mr Graham • for legal oxpenies, and for whioh they will get two allotment!, with the choice of taking up others at a rental,
