POLICE COURT.—Yesterday,

Gom- ■ : • SMtTU, Jisii., DiuNKKNNBBS. —Samilel Floyd, charged with being drunk and incapable, was fined lOsandcosts, or, in default 2-1 hours' imprisonment, and Patrick Clancy,, charged with having, been drunk and disorderly, forfeited his bail.—Christina Wilson, one of the most industrious drunkards on record, who never loses an opportunity of paying her devoirs at the Court of Bacchus, was again brought up for being drunk and incapable.—She admitted the offence and was fined 10s and costs, or, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. She was also charge with a Breach'of the Municipal Police Act, 1866, by having been three times convictod of drunkenuess during the previous threo months. Mr Bullon said that the defendant was really incorrigible. Ho only charged her with a lesser offence on this occasion, but on the next occasion she would be charged as a rogue and a vagabond, for which she would bo liablo to twelve'months' imprisonment. . She was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment, and cautioned.
