DEtwmNES3. -Christina Wilson, an old offender against the laws of sobriety, was brought up charged with being drank and incapable in Brown-street, Grahamstown, on the 31st ult. She admitted the offence and was fined 10s and costs, or in default 2& hours' imprisonment. Chimney on Fibe. -William Murdock was charged with allowing the chimney of the house ocoupied by him in Pollen-eireet, Sliortland, to take fire on the ; 2Bth ult. He pleaded guilty and was fined 10j and costs.
