A BOMB OUTRAGE. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. WASHINGTON, April 20. A bomb was exploded under a liquordealer’s wholesale warehouse in Chicago and killed three and injured twenty of the occupants. DETECTIVE APACHES. (Received April 21, 8.5 a.m.) PARIS, April 20. 'Detective-Inspector Warze, who was accused of being hand-in-glove with the Apaches, has surrendered unexpectedly. A BLACK SEA STORM. (Received April 21, 8.5 a.m.) SEBASTOPOL. April 20. A great storm in the Black Sea caused many wrecks. ■ DEATH SENTENCE COMMUTED. (Received April 21, 9.50 a.m.) BRISBANE. April 21. The death sentence on Denton, for the murder of John Kelly, at Jqndaryan, which was accompanied by a recommendation for mercy on account of drink and temper, has been commuted to imprisonment for life.
