Lord Kitchener, at a review in Loicoetershiro/said tho Boy Scouts broke class prejudice and promoted comradeship, discipline, and resourcefulness. The Scouts' ideals were tho highest— Christianity and patriotism. They must never forget, “Once a Scout always a Scout.” When tho nation has a million of men and boys imbued with tho Scout spirit it may be proud of itself.
