INVERCARGILL, Jan. 31. Inquiries regarding the death of Don r aid Fraser, who was found drowned in a lagoon on Wednesday last, showed that •he had suffered for four years from an intestinal complaint, and had been operated on two years before. The day before his death he had had a very severe attack, and had decided to go to th© hctepital. An inquest was deemed unnecessary. WELLINGTON, Jan. 31. The body of a young, man supposed to bo that of William Burnby, a recent arrival from Australia, who was reported missing three days ago, was found in the harbour this morning. INVERCARGJLL, Jan. 31.
