DROWNING ACCIDENT.
CARTERTON, Feb. 1. A fatal accident befel a young man named Frank 20 years of age. Deceasod was out fishing in Palliser Bay. When landing, the boat capsized in the breakers. Sherwood was not seen again. It is surmised that he was washed out to sea. His companions, O'Callaghan and Cohen, were rescued by another boat.
