ARRIVED. November 3.— Shepherdess, schooner, Swann, master, from Wellington. Passenger — Mr. Wallace. E. Dorset, agent. SAILED. November 3. — Eclair, schooner, Marks, master, for Wellington. Passengcrs-Mr. and Mrs. Down and four children. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher, and one child, Messrs. Worsley, Bryant, Shaw, Lloyd, Rich, and Swainson. IMPORTS. Per Shepherdess-2 kegs, 3 octaves, 3 chests, 12 bags, 5 chairs, 4 nests tubs, 2 doz buckets, 1 bale, 1 -ack. R. Brown. 1 bug, 1 bale, 5 kegs, 1 bag, 2 bales, G. Ryan. 1 case, 2 packages, Curtis & Watt, 2 pockets. 1 case E. Dorset. 1 case, Rev. W. Woon. 1 case, Rev. H. H. Turton. 1 case R. Rathbone. EXPORTS. Per Eclair— 11 tons flour, 1 case, 25 kets potatoes.

The Maori, cutter, we are informed left Manukau harbour, the same day with the Eclair, which sailed on the 30th ult. The former not having yet made her appearance, fears are entertained for her safety. We trust these fears will prove groundless, and that she is forthcoming.

THE MARCO POLO.— This ship has made the quickest passage that any sailing-vessel has ever made to this port. She left Liverpool on the 4th July, sighted Cape Otway 1st September, and anchored in the East Channel inside Port Phillip Heads on the 16th instant, thus making the passage from land to land in 68 days, or from port to port in 73 days.— " Melbourne Argus."
