At the Police Court, yesterday, two persons were dealt with in the usual manner for being drunk the previous day. The case of John Panes charged with assaulting Frisso Rotto, a native of Manilla, on the 21st instant, was called on, and adjourned until next day for the attendance of an interpreter. Anyone capable of interpreting the Spanish language will be furthering the ends of justice by appearing at the Police Court to-day,
