Warmoll reports sales of Caledonian at L 27, L 27 10s, L2B; Cure, 40s ; Nonpareil, 47s Cd ; Central Italy, 26s ; Golden Calf, 465; Alburnia, 555. Messrs Frater Bros, report as follows : Market firm. Sales—Caledonian, L 27 10S'; Otago. 25s ; Cure, 40s ; Golden Calf. 42s 6d. Sellers—Caledonian, L2B : Cure, 4.5 s : Alburnia, 60s ; Central Italy, 255. Buyers— Bright Smile, 3Gs ; Caledonian, L 27 10s. AUCKLAND SHAREMARKET. Mr J. M. Lennox reports:—The sharemarket is quieter. Cure shares declined to 365, but closed firmer, with buyers at 42s 6d ; sellers, 465. Caledonian shares also declined in the morning to L 26 ; they also closed firm, with buyers at L 27 15s, sellers L2B. My sales comprise—Caledonian, L 27, L 27 10s, L 27 15s, L2B ; Thames, L 5 15s ; Cure, 40s. Closing sellers Caledouiau, L2B ; Thames, L 6 ; All Nations, L2 15s. Buyers —Caledonian, L 27 15s ; Cure, 42s 6d ; Albutnia, L2 15s ; Bismarck, L 3. Gas shares, L 9 los. Mr J. Hendry reports The sharemarket has been quiet to-day. Caledonians fell at the opening of the market to L 26. They are now firm at L2B. Cures were sold as low as 355. There are now buyers at 42s 6d.
