Thursday, 8 p.m. The aonual meeting of the shareholders of the El Dorado Goldmining Company was held to-dityv/fct thejlpompnfty’s Office. Mr Howard occupTewatiiiEFchair, and there was a very fair attendance of shareholders. The Balance Sheet showed that there had been £745 received during the past twelve months from the.tributcrs and calls, the latter amounting to £6O. There is a balance now in-hank of £551. The tributes time expires in September next. A dividend is to be paid to the shareholders shortly. Mr Shera was elected a director, and Mr Buchanan was chosen as auditor to the company. Great satisfaction was expressed by the shareholders at the financial slate of the company.
