The Governor has issued a proclamation that all vessels from Victoria, New Zealand, and California are to be quarantined until liberated by the Health Officer. Two ships from California, and several from New Zealand, are in quarantine. QUEENSLAND. Brisbane. The Young Australian, ship, from Lon don to Queensland, became a total week near Brisbane. There were no lives lost. VICTORIA. Melbourne, July 13. The Assembly met on the 10th.
