We have great satisfaction in informing our readers that Dr Lethbridge has vaccinated a heifer from lymph obtained from Dr Wright, of Parnell, and taken from a heifer belonging to that gentleman. Dr Lethbridge will vaccinate next week, ou days to be announced by advertisement. The promptitude displayed in this matter is very commendable, and will, we feel sure, be appreciated by the public. The case of Curtis v. Whelan, an action for damages sustained in consequence of a cutter belonging to defendant aiming into collision with the Grahamstown wharf aud destroying part of it (which was set dowu for hearing at the R M. Court yesterday) was settled ®ut of Court.
